Stacy Mogale
Co-Founder
Stacy is an admitted attorney and notary public of the High Court of South Africa.
Stacy has a B.Com (Law) degree from the Rand Afrikaans University and B.Com (Hons) in Strategic Management and LLB degrees from the University of Johannesburg. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Mining and Prospecting Law and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of the Witwatersrand.
Stacy has extensive experience in the field of corporate transactions and mergers and acquisitions (M&A), with a focus on the private equity industry and B-BBEE transactions. Her experience extends to all aspects of acquisitions and disposals and general commercial work.
Marsha Arnold
General Manager
Marsha holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Wales (facilitated by the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University), a National Diploma in Marketing and Sales Management and has also completed the B-BBEE Management Development Programme with UNISA.
Marsha has more than ten years’ experience in the B-BBEE space, having qualified as a Technical Signatory in 2008. Prior to joining TLVT, she was the Regional Manager for Grant Thornton Verification Services for 5 years.
Marsha has also been an independent SANAS Technical Assessor since 2010, assessing the technical application of the B-BBEE Codes (including Sector Codes) of SANAS accredited Verification Agencies.
Tanya Dippenaar
Technical Signatory
Tanya has worked in B-BBEE compliance for more than eight years, having started as a senior verification analyst in 2010 and technical signatory since 2013. Prior to joining TLVT, Tanya was the Regional Manager for the Western Cape for Grant Thornton Verification Services.
Tanya has a BA Degree (Psychology) from Stellenbosch University, postgraduate qualifications in Micro- and Macro- Labour Relations Management from UNISA and has also completed the B-BBEE Management Development Programme with UNISA.
