B-BBEE Assessments and Indicative Scoring

TLVT is able to perform an assessment of a company’s B-BBEE scorecard at regular intervals, to monitor progress throughout the year and to forecast the company’s B-BBEE status in the following annual B-BBEE Verification.



Sector Code Conversion

TLVT is able to compare a company’s B-BBEE scorecard under the Generic Codes with the proposed B-BBEE scorecard under the relevant Sector Codes to determine the impact that the Sector Codes will have on a company’s B-BBEE score.

Ownership Structure Analaysis

We work closely with B-BBEE consultants, law firms and our clients to analyse current and/or proposed ownership structures to determine the viability of the structure and the points that could be earned on the Ownership Scorecard.
